Pros

The best reason to work for Nestlé is the international environment and the opportunities to live abroad and learn about different cultures. Offers for these opportunities, however, are becoming less frequent nowadays.

Cons

As most of big companies but certainly more than average, the corporation is slow and bureaucratic, not rarely to the point the the business is affected for years due to the difficulty for reverting a wrong decision taken.

Pros

Never missed a payment date. Processes were very formal and aligned. Good benefits. Good career path.

Cons

They made you report every working minute of the day, even how long you spent during breaks (coffee and bathroom)

Pros

A stable company with a good career plan. Great benefits and space for having your proactivity rewarded.

Cons

A certain lack of unique processes for leadership, so a good experience at the company depends more than average on how your leader apply good leadership practices.
