Managers are very well trained. HR is always taking care of employees. You have frequent feedback and receive bonus accordingly to your performance. There is a career plan if you want to grow inside the company. Even some opportunities to move to other countries.
Cons
As any big corporation some processes are very tight and very difficult to change. Could be more flexible about benefits I don't use many of the things available because I am not the target audience, they could implement a point system where I could allocate where it makes more sense to my needs.
