      Netflix truly cares about its employees. The culture is lived and breathed, not just words on a wall. Transparency is practiced daily. Best place I've ever worekd.

      Good pay, freedom and responsibility - no micromanagement, flexible schedules, unlimited vacation - great parental leave policy, amazing colleagues -- smart, innovative thinkers

      Cons

      Lots to keep up with (though the fast pace and the complexity of the work is not necessarily a con, per se)
