      If your manager doesn't like you, you're out. And they call it "Keepers test". Has nothing to do with performance or your abilities. Managers are never held accountable for making fair hiring decisions. So they rule with an iron fist.

      High salary, big campaign budgets, in principle good idea of culture

      Cons

      Culture doesn’t work in practise. Lots of politics make it impossible. Harsh work environment with unhealthy balance between work/life.
