      -Free lunch, snacks, drinks -Higher pay -Great Benefits -Some lovely, smart, kind colleagues -The company name is on your res :)

      -Its an Entertainment job (unless you're on the tech side) which means stress depending on the teams (live action) -(team dependent) Lack of information sharing that helps you do your job -Some people have egos -Title "demotions" are common because its so competitive to get it -Growth is hard
