Pros
Some coworkers of the same position were nice, so I made some friends that I still have contact with.
Cons
Netflix sees you as a robot or a number. They had no interest in offering any care for the abuse one sometimes suffers on the phone. They also were not caring about cutting the amount of weekenddays in a month short for the employees when they made the schedules, nor was there any cooperation about working time preferences of the employees. Well, this is how you lose people, bc most of the team I started with were gone by the time I left. I also can not see how this treatment of the employees and the fluctuations make sense financially for Netflix but ok.. in the end they had to outsource the customer service to another company.
