      Pros

      After being in the corporate world for 15+ years, you get used to how companies treat you as another number and how they don't care about toxic employees. However, Netflix counters all the toxic behaviors of a typical studio by listening to their employees and treating them with respect. I applaud Netflix for how they continue to value their employees over the years despite its massive growth.

      Cons

      There are a few bad apples in management but they are very rare.
