      Pros

      Wonderful cross-functional collaborative culture, beautiful offices and stocked pantries, good compensation and benefits. Industry leader with great content and product

      Cons

      No loyalty to staff, internal politics at an all-time high leading to a growing level of toxicity, "informed captaincy" is being taken advantage of to lead with personal decisions, favoritism and bias, the value of culture has been diluted over the years, people live in fear all the time, newer employees come from many different industries with varying knowledge and capabilities, all ideas are short-sighted as there is a sense that you will lose your job before any medium to longer term initiative can take effect, and leadership only judges you for immediate impact
