Pros

The ONLY pro: All cash compensation however theirs downsides to it as well. You can invest it any way you want but holding RSU that can promise gains is a sweet thing. Their options only yield advantage if stock appreciates more than 40% so it's a veeery long game nowadays.

Cons

High stress Declining culture - no team spirit, no motivation, no acknowledgement. Politics dragged in from higher levels. No transparency in hiring or firing decisions. No learning or mentoring culture. Seldom is one setup for success. It's everyone to save their own butts.
