      Pay is unbeatable and the Experience you get by working in such conditions

      Cons

      Culture is cut throat, always someone trying to get someone fired, politics non stop. Pay is higher than the market because you do the job of 2 people.

      Compensation and perks like free shirts and events etc

      Cons

      Management isn’t the best always someone trying to get someone else fired and when people are fired they decimate their character by sending out (sometimes false) emails about why they were let go. I would not recommend this place unless you’re comfortable betting your career on the success or failure of your tenure here.
