      Awesome industry; memorable teammates; great opportunity to stand on the edge of the precipice of unquantified technologies...

      Cons

      Never sure which way the wind blows; work hard to develop a team -- and then it's blown away in an instant; turnover is so quick that it's almost unnecessary to unpack your bag.

      Stressful environment, but great rewards

      Pros

      The pay was competitive for what the job was, and the benefits were excellent even for a temporary employee. The staff, including management, was generally relaxed and friendly. The culture is seemingly relaxed and there is no formal dress code or vacation policy.

      Cons

      The environment was very stressful and it felt like anyone could lose their job at any moment. There is a huge emphasis on stats and if an employee does not measure up, they are terminated. The opportunity to move up isn't nearly as within reach as they make it seem.
