      Changes need to be made in certain areas of senior leadership for the company to be successful A few execs are new and not the best hires for the company—teams are losing good talent as a result. Some execs aren’t the caliber needed to get the company to the next level

      - Niantic’s vision, mission and leadership’s commitment to social impacts with real action. - Leadership’s empowerment, trust in its employees and excellent team collaboration. - Macro-management and no micro-management, employees do have a voice! - I have never worked with such dedicated leaders whose focus is not only on company growth but also truly care about the well-being of employees.

      Cons

      Experiencing some growing pains like all start-ups but with leaders open to exploring creative and scalable solutions, I have no doubt Niantic become a very strong company.
