      The work is interesting and challenging in a good way. There are lots of exciting products and projects in development. The company is focused on the big long term opportunity. The exec team really cares about the employees and Niantics in general are cool.

      The company is growing quickly with lots of projects in development. Some teams end up getting better staffed than others.
