      Pros

      The company values the employee and his ability to create results. In this line of thinking, the employees are the greatest resource so they helped us to improve our education with planned goals and frequent feedbacks as well as promoting different kinds of training.

      Cons

      The salary policy isn't applied to everyone in an uniform kind of way, so that created gaps between "normal people" and the ones that received better benefits.

      You have to be part of the decision making group to be remembered If you are not Brazilian, you don't get that much of a chance of an international assignment Depending on your leader, you will have no personal life.
