      It is a multinational company, so you can get to work in different countries around the world. The salary and benefits for entry-level is good compared to what other companies can offer you. The company gives you training to perform better in your area of work.

      Cons

      It is hard to grow within the company (talking about positions in the work). It doesn't matter if you are a better worker than your colleague which has a higher position than you, he will have that position because he has been working in the company longer than you.
