      Pros

      Great culture, fast-paced environment, great company to either start or end your career. Good amount of training in the first year, but goes downhill from there.

      Cons

      Very few and far between training opportunities. Career dependent on subjective judgement of leader. Work rules are relative, there're guides but your manager can chose to follow them or not.

      Pros

      Odebrecht has a great history and very strong culture. It allows its people to take ownership and run "their businesses", which is very challenging, not to mention demanding.

      Cons

      Restraints are the common budgetary and profit-oriented targets. Another fact is the lack of an personnel evaluations that comprise the whole of one's activities and relationships. Instead, Odebrecht has its leaders evaluate their team members. Peers don't evaluate themselves, leaders are not evaluated by their team members.
