Cons
It demands a lot of time from the employee, which sometimes requires makes you sacrifice your time with family. After the corruption cases which it was involved the company shrink a lot its size and also reduced the care by its employees. Woking in a company involved in corruption makes a lot hard for the employees to create a good thrust and care relationship with the company.
