      My time here has been very rewarding. The organization attracts highly talented and committed individuals, and employees are entrusted with full ownership of projects, which encourages independent thinking and creative problem-solving.

      Cons

      One drawback I’ve noticed is occasional ambiguity in process ownership. Multiple people can end up owning different parts of the same process, which can slow down resolution of issues.
