      Outstanding Place to Work

      Pros

      Very cool and modern culture. Inclusive place. Although the challenging expectations on you, usually people are helpful and the leadership absorbs some of the pressure allowing you to work better. Work-life balance is respected. Salary and benefits are very competitive when compared to other similar companies.

      Cons

      In some aspects, looks like a startup yet and things get bit confusing sometimes due to lack of documentation and defined processes. Health plan is good for those living in big cities, but almost useless for the rest of people.
