      empresa com peso no currículo, muitas oportunidades de aprendizado e trabalhar diariamente com pessoas muito boas e qualificadas

      Cons

      como todas as empresas de tech, estâo sofrendo bastante pressão por rentabilidade. Aconteceram várias ondas de layoff nos últimos meses, a pressâo está alta para quem ficou, e o medo de ser o próximo a ser mandado embora é diário. Os benefícios já foram melhores, houve muitos cortes de budget para team building e eventos no final do ano

      A great place to work, but product maturity & work/life balance depends on each BU you’re at

      Pros

      A nice salary, great culture, interesting people, the app is well developed, there are interesting problems to solve, the brand is worldwide relevant, the M-Team is super competent and inspiring. Great folks willing to help you.

      Cons

      The product maturity of BUs differ, there are BUs that are overruled by BAs, some people there that act like they are single decision makers. Doing politics seems more important than being actually great at what you do. People compete a lot for attention, more than cooperating to get things done sometimes.
