      - Good field work opportunities, if you're interested in field jobs. - Salary paid on time, unlike many startups. - No time to get bored.

      Cons

      - No work-life balance. - Need a lot of improvement in the backend technology. - "PLANNING" is very important for any task/company/project to succeed. "BHASAD" is not gonna work in the long run. - Not too many things to learn, if you're very ambitious and just starting up with your career. - Need better leaders and not dictators.

      6 Days working, no proper canteen, sometime working hours extent to 2-3am , weired reimbursement policy for interns, rest is good

      No work-life balance at all, 6 days working, festivals and holidays are the times when most of the effort needs to be put in.
