      - Toxic Environment - Incapable leadership - You can get fired/layoff at any given day, suddenly, abruptly. Moreover your bosses will start ghosting you.

      I have been with OYO for more than 4 years now, and every year has been a amazing year of growth , opportunity and learnings, there is equivalent growth in terms of career, monitory benefits and learnings, you get full liberty to work and experiment like working in your own company
