Taking into account the feedback we received, we have revisited our weekend work policy and incorporated new workways including a five-day working week, no review Mondays to name a few. The past few months have been tough for the global hospitality industry and OYO and we have had to make some tough decisions keeping everyone's well-being in mind.       worst work environment no break or prayer room for females no personal space management are not honest everything is messy don't even know who's your line manager enormous miscommunication bad financial plan; hired too many people and paid high salaries, few months later fired them
