This company will ruin your career! AVOID!

Only thing this company has going for it is the people, some really lovely, intelligent, dedicated people to work alongside, It’s a shame the management team refused to listen to their staff who really did work long hours wanting the company to be a success, the company wouldn’t be on its knees now or be a laughing stock globally if it had! This company has destroyed a lot of peoples careers due to being clueless & total fantasists, I’m actually embarrassed to have worked here!

Cons

There’s way too many, here’s a small few! DIVERSITY: Have a look at the leadership team in the, under the UK head the leadership team are ALL male & 90% Indian. 80% of these “leaders” have never worked in the UK market or have a clue about how to operate a hotel in an emerged market like the UK, but they seem to know better than those who have years of invaluable knowledge & experience, this is why this company will fail... LEADERSHIP aren’t prepared to listen & these so called leaders are the reason this company will not make it passed the end of the year in the UK! TECHNOLOGY: Garbage, that’s all I can really say, it’s like going back 20 years, for a “TECH” company it’s laughable, it’s even more laughable that they thinks great! Don’t be fooled with the COVID excuse, this company started going under end of last year when they started being reckless & stupid with recruiting & hotel sign ups, hiring people on top salaries to do jobs they had no previous experience in, majority had never even worked in hospitality, no idea how to operate a hotel in any aspect, again the leadership teams fault! For being so young Ritesh is an inspirational entrepreneur, however I can’t understand how any business can blow so much funding so recklessly & should feel ashamed about the lives this company has ruined & unnecessary hardship they’ve put people in over the last 8 months! This company do not care about their staff or hotel partners. I’d rather be jobless & on the dole than be associated with this company, biggest mistake of my life working here. SHAMBLES, UTTER SHAMBLES!

Decent salary and good people

Cons

Clueless management, poor treatment of customers and partners, embarrassingly incompetent, all promises and technological capabilities are lies. The only reason it ever had a chance was ruthless and aggressive expansion carried out by soulless, money hungry business development whom were too willing to lie and twist truths to secure deals

salary if they pay you on time that is if they decide to pay you at all

Cons

Toxic work environment shortchanging bonus and commission payouts or not paying out commission at all bullying scammed and lied to employees forcing former employees to write good reviews ( the good reviews are fake) threatening employees with legal action and not paying out sevrence pay
