Pros

Nothing good to say about this company. Only salary is tempting but that's a trap. Your career and resume will get spoil.

Cons

Very High iteration rate No logic and business ethics They just cheat Hotel's owner Every month new policy No work life balance If company is bad that's bearable but if the company's product is bad, you can't sell in the market. Lot of negativity in minds of hotel's owner, no one want to tie up with Oyo. I can keep on writing and it will not end. In short, don't join this company for the sake of tempting salary, it's going to ruin your resume and career. I did a big mistake and don't want anyone to repeat the same. Rest is all individual choice.

Pros

Great colleagues to work with and they'll do all they can to help you - you're all in the same boat.

Cons

Poor management and strategy from those in charge. Ridiculous targets and poor treatment of clients who join. No job security. Constant change in the deal that is offered to clients due to OYO's lack of knowledge of the UK market. Spending their money on the most ridiculous things, hence why there have been a lot of staff been made to leave and the deal constantly changing to recoup this cash.

Pros

1- Good place for fresh graduates who want to start a career in sales. 2- A lot can be learned from experienced seniors in sales 3- Rewards top performers

Cons

1- Toxic work environment and bad culture. 2- Too many telecom sales guys and they try to sell things like selling sim cards. You are expected to make false promises to close the deal. 3- Does not think long term and zero customer-centricity. 4- The company does not have a good vision and that is very much evident in the way the team on the ground operates. No coordination between inter-department teams and all they care about is achieving their respective targets, no matter how it adversely affects the end customer's experience. 5- Communication is one way and top-down always. No platform for employees to communicate with top management. 6- Does not care about employees. Multiple instances where BD person on the field got beaten up by vendors and no action taken to resolve the issues. 7- You are expected to work 24*7
