- Start up environment - Great backing - Attractive basic salary

Cons

- No management structure. - No territories. - No internal lead management - Poor CRM - Broken Promises to Owners. - Changing contracts without telling owners. Unethical. - Over saturation of BDMs for areas - Hard to progress with current structure. - No accompaniments with follow ups - No clear KPIs - No clear Commission comms. Had to wait for pay slip. - Bad expenses payments. - No POS or Marketing to support hitting targets, - Operations team is a mess. - Tech is not good enough for UK. - Top management not in touch with the ground teams. - Whats app communication is preferred, not email. - High pressure with no support.
