Pros

Only pro is you have an opportunity to build good clients.

Cons

Tamilnadu is only bad. Other cities are really good to work. Cons: 1. Very bad work life balance. 2. They trick you by not giving hike on basic salary. But on variable pay which is no use. 3. They will use you when they need and kick you out when it's over. 4. You can see a max 10% of ppl who works more than a year. Not a great place to work. 5. Zero job security. Have seen them forcing ppl to put resignation paper. 6. You can see openings all the time because no body works in tamilnadu market for long time. 7. They send ppl out before appraisal.

Zero work life balance . Zero internal growth Undue work pressure Biased approach for employees who are not from top B school Random targets are given without any strategy. No Synergy between internal departments Pathetic grading system. No Job security for senior employees
