      Pros

      Very little. Lots of really good people who were also sold the dream.

      Cons

      Where to begin. No professional development. Middle management pathetic. They talk a good game to bring you in but the tech is awful, processes are broken, hotels hoodwinked into deals, investment promised isn't delivered, BD a revolving door - you *will* lose your job if you don't sign, happened to my peers.

      You can run your parallel business as the company has no work to do and has overhired employees.

      Cons

      No Learning Environment. Bootlicker's Den, no Merit. Doesn't give promised compensations. Company is doomed to fall, only thing to see will be Ritesh's Luck. Making fool every month to property owners and employees. Doesn't think for the employee at all. No Culture, No Values. Unqualified Leadership.

      SUPER manual, India HQ not helpful or flexible when it comes to helping smaller countries propel, staff in the back end are not concerned about anything except making money,
