The professional and personal growth potential is fantastic, if you want to learn quickly about business from the ground up, this is the place to be. The people are legit and want to do great things.
Cons
The lack of clear a) reporting, b) decision-making and c) owners behind each business decision can be frustrating. Additionally, HR needs more investment and resources. Very few best practices, employee surveys, HRBPs. Finally, the company has over-hired people at the very senior and junior level with more people joining daily.
