      Business is growing as it squeezes blood from employees.

      Cons

      * Round on Whatsapp. Be ready to participate in 50+ WA groups. Key tasks comes there... * With the strength of fund, after hiring they treat you as slaves. * Illegal structure as they compel you to work 14+ hours. If you work for 10 hrs, you are not needed * Many key leaders left them due to this bad way of working Just stay away from Oyo and don't sell your peace for money.

      Pros

      Fast-paced environment, result oriented. If this is your first start-up, welcome, and congratulations, you now eligible to enter all other start-ups around. And you will.

      Cons

      They were looking at past experiences, but not looking at the actual skills of the talent they recruit. Some people got really lucky to get into a position that "secure" enough without having to prove anything just because he/ she came from another unicorn startup. Meanwhile, real talent struggles at below, not being nurtured enough and withered as time goes by.
