      Amazing Leadership A lot to learn every day from different Team members and departments (everyone is super talented) Amazing office Amazing benefits ( breakfast every morning, gym, maternity leave ...) Supportive management Team Amazing Team sprite and very nice and down to earth people Progression opportunities for those who work for it May sound too idealistic but I can t complain I love every day in OYO

      Like any start up things change often but that is what motivates the team as every day there is a new challenge and a new target to achieve.

      - You get your salary on time - As most of them are freshers the place is vibrant - Good growth opportunities

      Cons

      - You should love work like you love nothing else in life to be on par with the company standards(meets expectations as per their terminology) - Everything is controlled by one guy Anil Goel (CTO).Everyone works to prove themselves to him not to solve problems - CTO asks employees to write good reviews on glassdoor. - It is a 6 day week(bi weekly). - You are expected to be responsible (Should be available to work at any minute) - Very bad at handling technology. With all due respect to the people who could made this happen. - Pay is very less compared to market (as they want to hire passionate people, not those who work for money) - No perks or bonuses

      Worst work culture, unjustified pressure, constantly changing policies, no Cx satisfaction, no employee satisfaction, no partner satisfaction. All the LinkedIn ratings, Glassdoor positive reviews are fake. If you want to join, I’ll urge you to interact with the people working there, you’ll get to know the reality.
