Pros

No pros. For sure, the most easy to go company, not for the right reasons. They don't care what you do and will come out ablaze after a while, mass firing people.

Cons

This could be an unending tail: 1. They don't not know whats going on in the company. 2. Even the guy at the CXO position is a big cheat, they create fake bookings just to amuse the investors. 3. They will hire people in bulk and fire in bulk, maybe just to show that they have a good workforce. 4. Lot of scams within the company known by the top management, they do nothing about. 5. Absolutely a bad experience, no learning, work assigned will be different from what is told to you at the time of interview. 6. Worst incentive plans.

Insensetive senior management.

Pros

1. Getting salary on time. 2. Immediate colleagues are chilled out and away from politics.

Cons

1. Insensetive managers. 2. Unrealistic targets to push you out of the system soon enough after you join. 3. Immediate manager (MM CEO) are young and treat the employees as subordinates. This is been the case since the inception of offline sales as the managers think themselves as the boss and are one of the worst seniors I've come accross. 4. Unrealistic plan of the day and queries lost due to carelessness of the senior management.

Good and timely salary Friendly environment of work culture Scope of learning and growth is high Very fast growing and profit focused which is good thing for the future of the company

Cons

Decision making of hiring or firing is left on the managers, so based on their logic or whims and fancies anyone can loose job. No role of HR in the company, its there just for the sake of it.
