      Worst work culture I have ever seen

      1. Compensation they offer when you will switch is as per the industry standards.

      Cons

      1. No vision of projects they are building. 2. Shortage of good talented employees, so if they discover that you are good, then they manager will try to burn you out. 3. Dumb product managers, they don't even think before proposing what they want to build 4. Immature managers, always keep complaining about their own job, don't know how to treat people and how to manage a team. 5. Managers put unnecessary pressure on engineers to deliver projects with unrealistic deadlines. 6. All old employees are looking for job switch, so no one is interested in helping others team members.

      Experience of start up environment

      Cons

      1. Not at employee friendly 2. They dont pay variables, if they pay..they claw back it. 3. Stock options given are totally horrendous. 4. Career growth impossible in this organization. 5. No structured work culture. 6. Behaviour of managers is unprofessional. 7. Tactically they put associates under PIP and fire them without review (a new method of lay off). 8. Office environment feels like working in a fish market.

      Pros

      The staff is cool once you get to know everyone you guys become like family and you look out for one another.

      Cons

      Upper management knows nothing everyone is extremely mean spirited and makes it super hard to do your job and they create conflict and unrest between the management and line staff.
