Pros

No pros they have developed even after funding , disgusting room and pathetic service standard. They are a copy of stay uncle and treebo. Thief's they are

Cons

No perk , No work life balance , low salary , inhumane treatment to sales , sales are way down hierarchy never join this company as sales doesn't have growth in the company. No incentive Don't call top management as leader they are a blot , their simple strategy is to hire people for doing numbers to show investors and then fire innocent people on grounds without caring. Heartless people. In December so many sales and other employees given notice all over India to leave. Same would continue in phases in Jan Feb and March just to turn profitable they give this reason. So short term people are fire to become people. Such a disgust on people at top level that they can only think of this unethical thing. Inhumane. Your time will soon come Ceo and COO when you will suffer and Oyo will too. Keep on building your sins. Karma will backfire.

Pros

Salaries are good, and is credited on time. There will be extreme pressure on you , which will help you to grow better. Team leaders are well qualified (except some) and you learn a lot from them. Lot of flexibility in switching your profile and city.

Cons

You will be under enormous pressure to get the job done.Your WhatsApp will give you headache with lot of groups being formed there to keep track on your progress. If you have a prior sales experience, then you would have to listen a lecture from a person who has never done any sales in his life.

Pros

Good pay & big budget

Cons

I was hired as a business development manager (salesperson) for a high-tourism market at the start of summer, or the busy season. Long story short, I made cold calls at 150 different hotels in my territory in 7 weeks but was terminated for underperformance...”training” was completely useless, management pretends they are a phone call away but doesn’t actually help, and goals are unrealistic. Since I was terminated 5+ months ago, this territory has only had 1 successful “sale”. Unreachable expectations, overworked hours, unprofessional leadership, and frantic search for success has made me glad to no longer be employed with this company. This position requires a very niche employee, or more traction in the US to really succeed.
