Hardly any, just the brand value

Cons

Very mediocre culture, bangalore office is at a very bad location, no job security, firings and furloughs continuously. In a gist, not a company to look for.

Pros

The people are the only positive thing I could say about this company otherwise I would not have stayed as long as I have

Cons

Environment is Toxic Pay Cuts made & Constant churn of staff Oyo is a lie for Hotel & Staff as they do not care about anything but profit they are dreaming about I am lucky to secure another form of employment but many of my colleagues sadly have been pulled out of stable Jobs by throwing silly salaries at them and now 3 months later Jobless that’s how long you have here...

Pros

Decent base pay with earning potential. Good initial product and sales training. Good experience working with local business owners. Lots of opportunity for negotiation (Pro and Con). 100% field based job with decent expense reimbursement.

Cons

Long sales cycle. Low close rates. High rate of change with product, services, contracts, etc. Lots of negotiation with owners on contracts and terms. Limited career advancement opportunities. Overall it is an extremely challenging sales job where you will be asking owners to switch their current ownership model to OYO's model that it new in the US market and still in the process of achieving profitability.
