Pros

No reporting or micro management. Thats only what one can think of

Cons

1. Make u work like crazy ; u would start hating ur life, family, friends post joining oyo 2. Politics is prevalent, people will refer their friends, earn referral amount and enjoy their life 3. Job security, you can be fired anytime hence always keep a job offer in hand. Also you would see a new face every now and then 4. They are fooling clients and employees, everyone is taught this from day 1 5. There are other unicorn companies offering slightly lower salaries, please join them, you will be much happier

Pros

Good working , environment is very cool with seniors and mentors, especially they handle all issues in a click of fingures,and even to be best you must be prompt,so it's all about you feel like it's your own company

Cons

Promotion is politics,they never directly hire ,the ijp ,for which they only take internal reference.
