      Pros

      I am working here from last 4 years and must say work environment is awesome office location is good. You will get lots to learn from this company.

      Cons

      Anytime they can fire you without giving any proper reason. Managers are not doing anything here they will totally depend on you. Appraisals are not up to the mark. Usual working timing is more than 12 hours.

      they don't seem to have coordination between hub and HQ , they hire for same position from both ends and then fire one of the guys giving ridiculous reasons, I was fired without even letting me work, no targets, no area assigned just plain fired after 1 month only reason given was thay qualification criteria for the position has been changed and now your qualifications doesn't match, i mean how ridiculous is that, and to my surprise they hired for the same position same region with same qualification as mine again, but didn't call me back, when i asked they said management has changed qualification criteria again
