Pros

There is lot to learn, everyday. But this is great for fresher not for experience person

Cons

As the hotels are not own by the company, it becomes difficult to handle the service department. Because the hotel management is not under OYO.

Pros

- Access to a great leadership team (opportunity to learn and grow through their experiences) - Very dynamic working environment (the challenges change every few months, if not weeks) - An agile and close knit team (your teammates will be your friends first). A flat hierarchy ensures quick movement and more control - No ceiling for growth. If you enjoy your work and do well, you grow regardless of your qualifications

Cons

- Working hours are intense, not a place to be if you want a 9 to 6 job (not exactly a con in my mind but preferences vary) - Easy to get lost if you are not consistently self driven. Limited time is invested by the organisation to push you to do your work well (again not exactly a con if you are self driven)
