      One of the worst companies to work for

      Pros

      You won't have trouble finding another job, OYO tag usually means that this guy has been through hell and can handle stuff.

      Cons

      1. Clueless upper management. 2. Low visibility. 3. Zero work-life balance, they use whatsapp for communication. Will call you at odd hours for the simplest of things, unrealistic deadlines for quality work, its just patchy work which keeps on adding tons of tech debt to the system. 4. Poor increment policy, even with exceeds expectations review you get 15%. 5. Bad office, you have to wait 10 minutes for just the lift and its usually full, very bad cafeteria options.

      Flexible timings, nothing special really.

      Cons

      I was lowballed into a really poor offer and a bonus component that never gets paid. I started thinking of leaving this place the first month I joined.

      Pros

      - You get your salary on time - As most of them are freshers the place is vibrant - Good growth opportunities

      Cons

      - You should love work like you love nothing else in life to be on par with the company standards(meets expectations as per their terminology) - Everything is controlled by one guy Anil Goel (CTO).Everyone works to prove themselves to him not to solve problems - CTO asks employees to write good reviews on glassdoor. - It is a 6 day week(bi weekly). - You are expected to be responsible (Should be available to work at any minute) - Very bad at handling technology. With all due respect to the people who could made this happen. - Pay is very less compared to market (as they want to hire passionate people, not those who work for money) - No perks or bonuses
