      Amazing Tech Culture and Collaboration

      Pros

      Okta is a great place to work with really smart people, good perks and an amazing tech culture. The salary is competitive, and the interview process was smoother than a lot of companies. Okta India teams are quite collaborative, so you can easily reach out to anyone. It's a market leader in identity and has a great product. There are a lot of opportunities to grow here. Okta India is relatively new and growing, so there are more chances to connect with leadership and make an impact.

      Cons

      Collaborative with US timezone is bit of a challenge. Benefits specially insurance provided is also not great compared to similar companies.

      It was so far an inclusive place for diverse talents, open and transparent until recently

      Okta's value is changing recently, Some new managers are not capable enough micro managing, promote politics, toxic culture , not inclusive environment.
