      Many old school incompetent who sit on positions along with their old buddies and not doing what will move the company forward. Getting rid of hard working people to save the talentless executives' behinds. CEO still doesn't know what he is doing and thinking the stock price is the indication of smart decisions. Sigh... NO upwards opportunity. You've got to have worked with someone in the past companies Every few months benefits keep getting cut Every year things get worse No much good outlook for this place

      There are some really smart and creative people working there.

      Cons

      It's a bro culture. People get promoted by kissing up and telling great stories that sound like progress (without any evidence). Just flatter the leaders and present decks with pretty slides and lots of "executive presence" - and you'll be promoted in no time.
