Pros
OK benefits, regular "wellness weeks", well-meaning and collaborative colleagues for the most part. I am fairly positive on the market opportunity to the extent that I am holding on to my shares for a while. I suspect that MS is a much bigger threat than they care to admit. They are also an acquisition target while the share prices is so low,
Cons
Constant employee churn meaning I had 3 different managers in my short stint, each with a different idea on what was required of my role and 2 of which couldn't have cared less. Lack of openness and transparency. Despite the core "values". Stock has cratered. An astounding lack of process and maturity throughout the business across many different areas. Remote first which means culture suffers.
