      Pros

      I've been employed for ~4 months, having come from more established tech companies. Okta has got its head on straight. Fast growth, intelligently and is the market leader in idaas. Similar benefits as other companies, and as we grow, I see more offerings coming in the pipe

      I'd like to see us press the gas pedal in more international markets

      Pros

      Learned so much in my time here, and realized what a great opportunity was seized by the company to take over identity. The people I interact with are all intelligent and smart, willing to go the extra mile to help you out. Everything feels like a team effort, because it is. Fast turn around time with weekly releases.

      Cons

      Might be a bit overwhelming at times, a lot is expected of you. Although it is the "unlimited" vacation, I have received some personal remarks about me taking some time off which I didn't think were called for.
