      Stable and experienced leadership that has developed and nurtured a remarkable culture. Clear and transparent communication on a weekly basis from the E-Staff sets the tone and direction of the company. Focus on Customer Success is not just a talking point, but an imperative in everything we do. Great product, great people and really happy and vocal customers are driving the success of Okta

      I really don't have any. I guess if you don't like a face paced busy work day this isn't the place for you.

      Pros

      I joined Okta EMEA team relatively recently and have to say it feels like a great company to be part of. They have a competitive product range and talented team, which puts the company in a great position as they work towards IPO. The benefits are excellent, the pay competitive and the executive leadsership is super transparent, making you feel like you are part of the bigger picture working towards common goals.
