      Okta has an amazing culture. Customer and employee centric. Great balance of what is really important. Even better, we have a solution that is a game change for enterprises.

      Cons

      We work hard. Building an enterprise class company is not easy. Things are very dynamic here.

      Pros

      Transparency in direction, Profesional atmosphere, Team approach, Respect of customers, not to mention you work with a product that just works. Okta is "always on". No dancing shoes required.

      Cons

      You need to work hard as there are many moving parts inherent in identity. It's not undoable or an impossible work load... it's just challenging, that said in my opinion "In the end, it's rewarding to see your plan come together.". 3 stars because there is a extended time commitment.
