      Can't say enough good things. Okta is my second start up after leaving the Big4 consulting life and I could not be happier. Great people, positive culture, C-Level is very approachable, etc.. It's been an unreal ride the last 3.75 yrs. Very much looking fwd to the future.

      Cons

      Nothing worth noting comes to mind.

      Growing so fast it is sometime hard to keep up with the role all of the new employees play in the organization.

      Pros

      PTO policy is great, Health Insurance plans are wonderful and affordable, the work is challenging and engaging, organization is filled with bright and passionate people. Expect to be recognized if you work hard. There is a tremendous amount of career growth possible here.

      Cons

      Because Okta is growing so fast, there are times that things can get a bit tough from a workload perspective, but I wouldn't consider that the fault of anyone in the company as we're hiring at a breakneck pace.
