Business Outlook
Pros
Okta has a fast-paced environment full of smart people. The majority are high performers, working hard to make a great product. Hard work is rewarded. The pay is good; the benefits are good. The management is very candid with the employees. They trust employees to make good decisions, giving us a lot of freedom to excel.
Cons
If you want to coast or can't keep up, I imagine this would be a frustrating place to work. The freedom that employees get also means that you are given enough rope to hang yourself with.
