      Pros

      You will work with some of the smartest, hard-working teams. There is respect among the teams. Offices are great and only going to improve. Food offering is generous and with plenty of healthy selections.

      Cons

      It very hard to be recognized as hard-worker as everything gets swept under their review process that never happens on time... many times 6+ months after your review was due. Communication between managers and HR lacks but hopefully this will improve soon and save some good people from leaving.

      It has a flexible environment, that allows for professional growth. I enjoy working remotely, it allows me to have a work/life balance.

      Cons

      It can be a very, high stress, high output place to work. You are only as good as your next success.

      Pros

      All the employees are passionate, love what they do, and extremely hard workers. People will stay as late as they have to and come as early as they have to. Management is very lenient as long as the job gets done, which allows for a very relaxed but productive working environment.

      Cons

      we only get lunch 3 days a week and the kitchen is a little small on some floors.
