      The middle management, especially in marketing, is complete garbage. All they care about is themselves and getting themselves promoted. If you are talented, they will minimize your responsibilities and put you in a corner with no budget so no one can see what you are really capable of. They talk rudely to you and don't encourage growth. All of the good leaders left after the Auth0 acquisition and the people left could care less about the company or developing talent.

      Pay is great, benefits are great -- really makes you want to overlook the terrible culture.

      Cons

      I find that Okta is more concerned with being the next Salesforce than with the mental well-being and concern for its people. The way I've heard management speak about their employees is discouraging. Micromanaging is also a rampant part of culture here. Burnout is abundant.
