Pros

Without a doubt, the biggest pro: the people. Okta's culture is the second biggest pro: Very heads down over here, with a startup feel. And, it doesn't hurt to get free food & drinks frequently and regularly

Cons

Incredibly demanding, work/life balance is difficult to maintain

Pros

Passionate people, solid leadership, singular focus and vision on connecting people, apps, devices. Within the sales org there are very clear, achievable growth opportunities. Leadership lives up to their end of the agreement regarding transparency.

Cons

The typical startup growing pains.. Both good and bad things happen when you (more than) double in size nearly 4 years in a row.
